I ONLY go to McDonald's if I have to. The two stars are the consistency of their food. I always know what to expect. Yet I find for the SAME price I can get a healthier meal at Panda Express. The prices at McDonald's are outrageous. AND I hear on KSL just yesterday of their record profits. What a racket.

Only thing good are the fries. Nuggets always have that chewy stuff in it. Burgers aren’t assembled right.. a classic bad food but makes money because it’s a franchise.

I love swinging by McDonald’s for a quick snack. So convenient and usually pretty on point. I wanna give these guys 5 stars, but it’s hard to ignore the environment that is around the west temple area, even when you’re in the drive thru… someone knocking on my window is not my favorite. Still treated them to some McDoubles, but had j been with kids or anyone else, they might have gotten frightened. Staff was great, my order was unique and they got it 100% right! Fresh and hot!

Food took a bit. And at the second window nobody addressed us until they handed us our food. Ordered a sweet tea with Lemons, got an iced tea with no Lemons. Loud singing or music was playing at the first window. Service could be greatly improved.
