This is the worst attorney firm you can higher. They lie to you about how much money they can recover then negotiate with the apposing counsel and then tell you after they convince you not to take the settlement offered they can no longer be your attorney. They cost my mother money by not taking the first settlement by lying to her by saying we would have never taken case if that was all the money we thought we would get basically telling her don't take the offer. She rejected the offer and three weeks later DCW told her they could not be her lawyer anymore because they can't prove negligence in her case. If the law firm was any good they would have seen that from day one not after two years. If law firm was any good or worth anything they should have seen they can't prove negligence but the greed all attorney's have which this one is makes them liars giving you hope then don't care how your treated from them releasing you as client. Never use this law firm the greed blinds them to lie to you.

I highly recommend Fred Cunningham, whose representation skillfully brought a high stakes litigation to a successful ending. He is knowledgeable on the law, effective in personal negotiations, and knows his way around the courts. In addition to his first class legal work, he functions as a psychologist to keep his clients confident and patient while he does his magic. You cannot go wrong in retaining Fred.

Truck accidents, like many other personal injury cases, involve different types of compensation and limited insurance coverage. To help our truck accident clients, we consider and pursue a variety of economic, ancillary, non-economic and punitive damages to fit the case. Many clients may not know what damages they are entitled to or how to handle insurance company settlement offers. As such, our firm helps victims maximize their case damages and work beyond the insurance company’s offers to get a better compensation package.
Yes, a family member can file a claim on behalf of their loved one. Since some victims may not realize the abuse or fail to report their case for reasons due to age, condition, or independence, this could be the only option for seeking help for a loved on. For this reason, it is crucial to help identify the common warning signs for nursing home neglect, including resident bruises, bedsores, behavior changes, rude or restricting staff and poor hygiene. With these signs considered, it is important to consult our firm to discuss a person’s options for filing a nursing home abuse case.
Typically, Florida residents have up to four years to file a personal injury case after the date of the incident. While this may seem like a substantial time frame, many long-term personal injury effects of an accident may be unknown at the time of the accident. This window of opportunity enables personal injury victims to focus on rehabilitating themselves and working towards a normal life before pursuing a case. Talking to a personal injury lawyer right away can help someone achieve the best outcome in their case.
The final decision to file a lawsuit or settle out of court is entirely up to the client. With advice from an experienced personal injury attorney, our clients have the information to weigh their options and understand what may work best for them. If a client has a strong case and wants to seek more compensation than what is offered, they may want to proceed with filing a lawsuit. In some instances, a client may choose to settle their case out of court if it guarantees certain compensation and satisfies their needs.
Florida law grants individuals up to four years after a personal injury incident to file a claim. Considering the deadline, you should contact a personal injury lawyer right away. Doing so can help get a head start on gathering the proper evidence for a negligence case and ensure that the plaintiff has a better chance getting the treatment they deserve. By contacting a personal injury lawyer early, an injured individual can focus on their recovery while an attorney attends to their case.
For a personal injury case, there must be a negligent party whose actions (or lack thereof) led to an accident. Additionally, for a case to be brought, that accident needs to have led to an injury that resulted in harm and requires compensation. Typical compensation includes payment for necessary medical and rehabilitative efforts, wage loss, and emotional suffering caused by the incident. Personal injury cases can get complicated, so discussing your situation with a local attorney is recommended.
