Am I allowed to be fully dressed on the campgrounds except in the pool area? Also are people here nice to first timers?

I went for my 1st visit last week. Everyone is very friendly and helpful , try to help you feel comfortable. I met a very nice couple who even invited me to have lunch with them. I felt very comfortable although I didn't get naked. I think I should have followed my plan and got naked right away. I'm going back for an overnight this Friday, the 7th. My plan is to drop my stuff in the cabin, get naked and head to the pool.
