Called to notify Fairfield Inn tested positive for Covid and could not fly to Cleveland or stay at the Inn. I notified them for a refund on 6/9, 6/11, 7/27, 6/29 and 7/13. I was put off by their reservations eeach time.

Cleanliness is not priority here. Woke up to bedbug bites and the bug present on the comforter. Staff was friendly, but friendly doesn't undo the fact that my arm has been swollen and itchy from bites all day. Toilet paper holder was broken in bathroom. Shower curtain had stains. Do not stay here.

Although this is better than most other hotels in the area. This stay wasn't without issue's. The reason we chose this hotel was for the swimming pool. Well after having to change rooms 3 times and the breakfast declining daily. Today we wanted to take our grandkids to the pool. After putting on swim suits and making our way to the pool. The water temperature was about 65 degrees. I mentioned it to management who hadn't checked it in a few days. They reset the heater. 8 hours later, the water is still cold. We ill be checking out early and looking for somewhere that is capable of taking care of their paying guests.

Samantha at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good and included eggs, sausage and waffles as well as pastries. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However, on Dec 17th the "pool man" hadn't been in to turn the heat on in the pool so it was too cold for the kids to swim and there were no usb ports in the rooms.
