That location is terrible. If you are still going there you have to expect terrible service and rude employees.
I would recommend using the mobile order app. That way you can show the specific order wasnt correct. I have a similar issue with taco bell and its helped a lot.
Definitely, get in touch with the regional manager. If you call corporate they can also send you the right direction. I've never had problems with service there like that before, I wonder if they recently changed management.
Call and get out on the book for a replacement. If that doesn't make you feel better ask how to contact the regional manager a and complain about the service.
