I live a close to the rome-hilliard location and your manager told me i didnt order my big mac without lettuce...I'm F***ING allergic, your guy at the window can't take orders...nor your manager! Worthless

That location is terrible. If you are still going there you have to expect terrible service and rude employees.

I would recommend using the mobile order app. That way you can show the specific order wasnt correct. I have a similar issue with taco bell and its helped a lot.

Definitely, get in touch with the regional manager. If you call corporate they can also send you the right direction. I've never had problems with service there like that before, I wonder if they recently changed management.

Call and get out on the book for a replacement. If that doesn't make you feel better ask how to contact the regional manager a and complain about the service.
