What a horrible experience! Two coffee orders took half an hour of back and forth with language barrier issues and no one understanding that the iced mocha coffee order is not made correctly nor the caramel macchiato.. So I asked for a refund and was told to request through the app (because I used the McD's app to speed up the process before I arrived... Oh, the irony) . But no one could tell me how. So I asked for a gift card. We're told that the manager will do it. 20 minutes later, no one is helping us. Finally someone just came out and gave us cash refund so we would leave.

Seriously has become the worst McDonalds in town. 24 hours and yet you can pull up as the only car and no one answers the drive thru. Multiple times I’ve tried to get breakfast and they ignore the drive thru even though there’s 5-6 employee vehicles in the lot. The few times they do answer? Food is OLD. Only go here out of desperation when nothing else is open Would give -100 stars if I could

Not pleased at all. Ordered a Big mac meal with a strawberry pie and fruit punch to drink. Paid over $10 at the first window for the meal and when I arrived at the next window I was told fruit punch was unavailable. Asked for a bottle water, they didn't have that either. Was not offered a cup of ice with water but was over it at this point. Pulled away with my food only to realize that the pie was missing (no mention of the missing pie at window 2). Drove back and went inside to ask for the pie and was told it would be 30 minutes. I asked, "Why did't someone say that when I paid or when I received my food?!" and received blank stares. After about 30 seconds of silence I just left visibly upset. Decided to call the manager on the way out expressing my displeasure only to receive an uncaring response of "Yeah, sorry. can't help you". I echoed that paying $10 for a burger and fries was unacceptable and again, the manager could care less. I have always avoided this location as I often have service and/or food quality issues but this was the worst experience yet. Will not be going back to this location again. Very disappointed.

This McDonalds is always alway busy, the long lines might scare you, but don’t be! They are truly organized on how they take orders and prepared them. They keep it moving!! They are fast, friendly and they handle food with care. They are always busy yet their service is above and beyond. The staff Is always friendly, polite, and helpful. Love this location!
