It can be. Parking can be challenging when a big movie comes out, but it's always possible to park (free) if you don't mind walking a bit longer. Most weekdays and before noon on the weekends is usually your best bet if you want to avoid crowds.

The learning lot is but not necessarily the movie theater. Unless there's a newly released movie like The Avengers last week
