Have been an owner for almost 20 years, not a scam. Very useful and lots of locations to choose from. Probably the most useful timeshare we have ever owned.
I love the place! It's close to everything, including my Son and my grandson, Balboa Park, the Zoo, the boardwalk, old town etc.. There's no tricking and thievery going on here. Nobody has to buy anything. So basically I'm calling the person from the previous post as not telling the truth.
It is part of the WorldMark timeshare, but that's part of the name. In the hierarchy of timeshares, this one actually isn't that bad and not remotely a scam. Just don't go to there pitches unless spending 2hrs is worth the freebies... Then it's just a hotel basically.
