For people who are only coming to California once, would you recommend this as a spot to visit?
Is this area fairly dog friendly?
Is there shopping in Old Town?
Is it a good place for a Field trip?
Are there things for 5-7 years old in old town?
When is the arts & crafts street fair?
Are the museums back open?
Can you still walk in the park when it's closed?
Is there a fee to enter? I've seen it off of the highway and want to go today 3/16/19.
