According to facebook they are open 365 days a year? Maybe they cant get to the phone.
I don't work for the restaurant so I don't know. The website, to my knowledge, reflects normal hours, not holiday hours, so I doubt they are open unless they have special hours for brunch service, which is their specialty. If the are not open soon, you might try IHOP which I know is open on holidays to serve the tourist traffic and they are at 4th and G.
