Been a few years since I've been to Harbor and was excited to return while in San Diego. As always the breakfast and service was excellent. I had the French toast and eggs with breakfast sausage today and it was just as tasty as I remembered. I'm already thinking about my next visit!

This was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Our server was extremely attentive, knowledgeable and very respectful of our dietary needs. What's more, one of us forgot our phones after we left and she was kind enough to save it for us inside before we came back and retrieved it. I highly recommend this place for breakfast anytime you're visiting San Diego or if you live there.

Love visiting this restaurant with innovative healthy menu options, plentiful food at reasonable prices. Today we had a bit of a mixup on our order which was recognized and rectified fast. Love the ambience and the outside booth seating. Traffic doesn't necessarily make it a healthy environment but in today's pandemic times I'd rather be sitting outside than inside with no air circulation.

Their homemade hash an eggs with beet an sweet potato hashbrowns was amazing. Added that the Bloody mary was nice an spicy. We liked their permanent outdoor seating,it was creative an nice. Great experience. Thanks.
