The entire Oregon coast is alternating tide pools and great beaches. My personal favorite area for tide pools is just south of Yatchets at Cape Perpetua State Park. There are groomed trails to get there but be ready to get damp from surf spray unless its calm
Go to the areas around Seal Rock, Otter Cave, and Devils Punchbowl where there manu tide pools.
Adventure down the road to sunset bay there's good tide pooling there
I believe you can find them. I recommend you go down the hill from the lighthouse toward Winchester Bay and you will see beaches.
