The ER nurses are rude disrespectful and arrogant like they have a God complex. Regardless how many years they have worked there they should still have bed side mannerism when it comes to children. Especially when it comes to crying children. The most ill-mannered hospital I have ever visited. How are they still open is beyond me. On the other hand the doctor on call was very nice and respectful and very courteous to my child's needs. Thank you. Update: Took my child to another hospital and yes she did have a fracture in her pinky finger. There was no need for rudeness from your hospital seriously. Maybe retraining in Etiquette should be a hospital mandate.
