Always a great place to hang. Good trails. An extreme hike up the big dune, and I mean it's super tall and steep. Lake usually isn't too cold.

Beautiful lake, clear water great for swimming. Away, not visibly from highway 101. Hard to find/assess and parking is a nightmare if few people are visiting at the same time. …

Tenmile and Eel Lake are better for fishing than this tiny lake. It was created by dunes.
