Coach Net coordinated a tow to the local Ford dealer. The tow driver, Chris, picked up our vehicle and dropped it off. He drove back by to let us know the Ford dealer service guy was surprised at our vehicle showing up. Good guy. Good service. Calling AAA next time instead of Coach Net.

Oh, we were panicked and were really stuck on a winding part of the 101 with our trailer. The driver worked extra hard and extra carefully to get the trailer onto his flatbed truck. It was an especially tough job but he stuck with it and got us down to Florence and saved up
