don't get me wrong , the location is good except for the flooding in winter .Up date 5 16 21 , there is a reason reasons why there are over 30 empty spaces at this date , I'm sure that the owners / onsite management has many reasons , prices up up up may be one of them .If you don't mind the many ir cameras looking at you and your trailer from different angles , this may be a good place for you , LOL , new owners , new management ? 3 sets of managers in 6 months ? Pages of new rules , rules being changed sometimes weekly , they expect to receive $ 85 . a night from tourist this spring after some improvements ? stopped mailservice at the park ? I got out of there just after escrow closed . was outright lied to by first set of managers twice in 3 days . Now they are on [12;19;2020 ] at 20% of capacity ? this month last year about 90 % capacity , OH thats right they are doing up grades

We had a delightful post Memorial Day stay. The park and marina are in a nice sheltered location with many close amenities. We explored the nearby attractions at Winchester Bay and it can be very windy there. The park is very clean and well maintained. It was very peaceful at all hours. The shower and restroom facilities were top notch. The scenery towards the marina was beautiful. The whole park is free of litter or obstructions. The managers Tom and Michelle are very cordial and informative. I am very particular about where we stay. This was a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Nice park, close to amenities, on the river, under new Management and owners. Has pull throughs and back ins, 30 amp with full hookups, laundry facilitys, bathrooms with showers, recreation room, paved. Sites have picnic tables.

Good location. Walking distance to everything in town. Wifi is very unstable. Some people are nice and friendly. Other people like to spread rumors and lies. Summer time is the worst time to be here. The summer people who come here like to act like middle school girls.
