By law, everyone entering should be 21. They sell marijuana smoking parafanelia, whip-its, and tobacco products. The tobacco vaping products in the Toledo store are in front of the counter, which is in violation of Oregon law.
All ages are able to come in but to buy vape/paraphernalia customers must be 21 in Oregon... Hazy Day sells stuff that you don't need to be 21 to buy
You have to be 21 to buy pretty much anything in that shop.
