On the beach unless marked no camping
I don't believe there are any camp sites there. There is South Beach State Park a couple of miles south.
South Beach State Park and Moolack Beach have camping sites. But not in between the two lighthouses. Unless you are on the beach.
Lighthouse to lighthouse is no camping zone.
