I stopped in for the first time at the store, today. I had recently had a very negative experience at another auto parts store in town, and wanted to give O’Reillys a try. Right from the start, I was impressed. Stefanie went out of her way to help me, even to the point of staying a few minutes after her shift. I purchased a new part, but had some difficulty installing it. Shawn jumped right in and installed the part for me. If this is an example of the typical experience at the store, it should do quite well. I highly recommend it.

Just wanted to say thanks too Cody for cleaning out The mass airflow sensor on our 2006 Chevy truck: It’s apparent to me that the Newport O’Reilly’s auto parts puts customer service ahead of everything else.

Want to give a huge shout out to Davis at O’Reilly’s in Newport, OR. He was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to help find the battery we needed and even went out of his way to install it for us, no questions asked. Davis saved my birthday weekend, and for that I am grateful beyond words. I’ll be recommending this store to all my friends and family. 10 out of 10! Thank you O’Reilly’s and thank you Davis for being a 5 star employee. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I work at oreillys. We only get hub run at 1100 if you have stuff from Salem. If it comes from our distribution center won't be here till tomorrow morning 730 a.m
I don't work there but I have bought auto parts for over 30 years. I'm not sure that I understand your question but I'll do my best to answer it. The most common brake parts that you would usually pay a core charge for is brake shoes, wheel cylinders and brake calipers. Brake shoes and wheel cylinders are found on the back axle of most pickup trucks and some cars these days. The wheel cylinders that drum brake shoes require are us rebuilt by the brake service provider. If you are replacing the brake pads on a vehicle with disc brakes you shouldn't have to pay a core charge. The calipers are often repaired by the brake service provider not the manufacturer but if they can't be repaired, usually there's a core charge for new ones. mon brake parts that you would usually pay a core charge for is brake shoes, wheel cylinders and brake calipers.
