If you're into a longer hike, you can always park near the East Bank Esplanade, then walk the spring water corridor to Oaks Bottom, that part of the Corridor is beautiful.

There's a lot on Milwaukie Ave. at the top of the trail. It does fill up when the weather is nice, but I have usually been able to find a spot.
