It's okay. Not authentic Mexican food, but you get a lot of meat in the tacos. Chips and salsa are NOT free, which is unfortunate. The chips are bland.

Very good. They wear masks and gloves, have a plexiglass barrier at the cash register, have single-use styluses for signing digital receipt, provide hand sanitizer and have one way traffic flow into and out of the restaurant. The evening I was there the front door was also open.
