Also, you aren't actually allowed to ask for proof of a service dog (unless you are the police) so unfortunately people take advantage of this and no matter how unacceptable it is, business owners are powerless to do anything.
Do you remember what day it was? Of the week that is. There is a sign saying service dogs allowed only so there must have been documented proof.
