Depends on how much rain. If it is muddy it will be closed.
I have tried going on a rainy day and it was miserable, deep mud. I saw a few others hiking and biking with real difficulty too.
No. There is a liability factor to think about it and the muddy trail is real. In the other view for training and unique experience, go for it!
I don't recommend it on the rainy days, you gonna have a problem with the mud .
Thanks all for your input. I was looking for a challenging training run with mud /rain but I understand liability and protecting the environment. Pavement it is! Update: it was closed due to rain. But I ran up Shady Canyon instead :)
