Moved on to a different internet provider. There are two fiber providers in the area offering faster service at a lower cost. One even is throwing in some streaming services with the internet plan. Cox gave me relivable service for many years but the cost is so much higher and speeds lower then the current competition. You can return any boxes you might have at the store, be sure to get a receipt

My review is about Cox company not about this store. Cox is a very unreliable company that changes prices at any time without any reason. They advertise false packages and make false promises. The phone representatives are rude and have no complete knowledge of what they are doing. I do not recommend this company. If you are fortunate enough to live in an area where you can choose (not my case, I'm stuck with Cox)internet providers I recommend to stay away from Cox company.

Decided to get basic cable with them. Why are over half of the channels in spanish??!! Called customer service to see if there was some mistake... after speaking with customer service and techs discovered all the channels are correct this is what Cox offers.. did I move to Irvine or Mexico?? what in the world?! This is the most low grade, horrible cable I have ever had!! Terrible!! Don't waste ur money in anything they have to offer.. just get satellite or hope that you are in an area that offers some other providers because Cox is the lowest, bottom of the barrel cable and internet that you can have. Don't waste your time or money!!

Very knowledgeable techs, but many promises and very poor results. We moved a few miles to a new home and it's been 14 days and still they haven't been able to get our phone transferred. Hugo, Victor and their supervisor all said they would get it done. No success yet. They virtually never return calls, even when they said they would when I was in the store.
