What about mail boxes? Are they private, shared location, individual at your own door? What's the deal? Any pics (without people's) personal info, of course)?

It's a free service provided to the residents. You sign up with the instructions provided from the leasing office. any package that is bigger than the mail box lockers is left in a luxer locker.

Usps delivers to the first floor mailroom accessible by keyfob and your apt mailbox accessible by your usps key (mailbox #s dont match apt #s for anonymity). Large packages from usps can either go in the larger parcel lockers or in a luxer locker. All other package couriers (ie. Amazon, walmart, target, freshly. On trac, fedex, etc) also deliver to the mailroom luxer lockers. They check in with the office, enter the mailroom, deliver the package to an available luxer locker and you get notified via email or text to get your package with the given code for the luxer ipad. Luxer is free to register and this property doesnt charge holding fees. Completely free. Luxerone.com

Yep, it's free after you register online and the management office notifies you when you get a package.

Is Luxer a free service and do all delivery services and post office or Amazon/Wal-Mart etc., use it to notify you of a package or is it run by the reception office?
