This is our second to third year at Nineteen01. So far everything has been great. Management does their best to meet tenant concerns. I made a complaint once about upstairs noise and I received an email and phone call right away. Noise went away. I like the strictness of using a key fob and not allowing just anyone to come in. Specially since the area around is not the safest. Overall, very happy with how the apartment complex is being run. If you follow rules and are a clean and responsible person, you shouldn’t be having any issues.

$400 for your guests to visit you DON'T FORGET TO TELL YOUR GUESTS TO REGISTER THEIR CAR BECAUSE THE APARTMENT MANAGEMENT WILL TOW YOUR CAR EVEN IF THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER GUEST PARKING AVAILABLE. I have been to these apartments as a guest several times and have registered my car every time. The one time I forgot they towed my car without warning. They don't care about the community or guests. **Update** Management will take ZERO responsibility for towing and will send the resident a passive aggressive email for a guest leaving a bad review. THE RESIDENT DIDN'T TOW MY CAR, NINETEEN01 MANAGEMENT DID

DO NOT LEASE HERE!!!!! If I can give this place a 0 rating I would! They don't deserve even 1 star. The staff in the office Alexandra the manager, the regional manager Tessa and leasing consultant Mike were the absolute worst! If you want to move somewhere "luxury" with great customer service, this isn't the place for you. I toured the apartment I leased, it was vacant for 3 months according to the staff, and it was dirty. I scheduled a move in walk through a week before my move in date and office told me they do final cleaning 2 days prior to move in so the day before I can come in for a walk through. I went in during my lunch break to walk the apartment with the assistant manager who continuously apologized for the condition of the unit and stated she was completely embarrassed and she would make sure everything gets completed and our unit would be ready for move in the next day. We had written a list of items that needed to be done and assistant manager asked me to email her my list so they can get everything completed that day. Long story short, after sending my list and after speaking to the manager regarding the items on the list, she stated that if I'm not happy that I can either cancel my apartment or choose a different apartment however it will be more expensive because the unit we are moving into has a move in special. I asked for the Regional Managers contact information since the unit still needed to be cleaned, painted, outlet covers were coming off the walls. You would think that during this time, they would deep clean their apartments and make sure it's ready for the new residents. But instead, I get a call from the regional manager stating she made the executive decision to go ahead and cancel my apartment based on my attitude I am not a fit for their community. Keep in mind, this is the evening before my move maybe 15 hours before I'm supposed to pick up keys, I had already been approved to move in and had paid a deposit and set up all of my utilities. Oh also, ALL of my new furniture was being delivered in about 15 hours!!!!! She asked me if I would like to come pick up the check or if I would like it mailed to me. Who does that?! Just because you didn't get your apartment ready meaning cleaned and painted in time you can't cancel someone's move. I'm in the industry and I have NEVER heard of a company doing this. My friends live at this community and referred us, if it weren't for them we wouldn't have toured there and leased. We had to look for a new place on the day of our move, and all of our new furniture had to get shipped back to warehouse because we didn't have an address for them to send it to so we had a hold on our furniture for over a week and huge amount of stress on top of moving stress. All of this stress because they didn't want to deal with getting this apartment move in ready for us. I'm sure everyone can agree that they would like a clean apartment to move into without stains throughout their floors that haven't been cleaned, hair all over the apartment and mold around the kitchen sink with old caulking. DO NOT LEASE HERE! NOT WORTH IT! It's a smaller property management company who clearly doesn't own luxury apartment communities and they clearly don't know how to hire people who have even an ounce of customer service.

Worst experience ever! All people left positive feedback have living less than 1 year. I have been here for 2017 to 2018. I had two months free promotion and people have moved in same reason with me. There is no point to pay with that premium price in Santa Ana, This apartment is good for just first year, most of tenants left after their first year contract. Keep people moving in and out every year. They offer decent rent rate for new tenants and they charge more to current tenants than new tenants on next contract, no matter market rate went down or not. I got an expensive offer than their advertising on their website for my renewal. my neighbors also left with same reason. Security ★☆☆☆☆ I did't see any securities but in lobby. I met so many strange people without security key in hall way, in elevator and parking lot during the late night. this property needs more securities. Can smell Marijuana every every morning, many crazy people have parties every week ends night with loud music and screaming. Management ★☆☆☆☆ Just avoid Kristen, worst experience ever! she is most of main reasons of I left. Most rude person I ever seen, No polite, no knowledge, she should learn more in her profession. Amenity ★★☆☆☆ Their amenity looks good and it was main reason to move in, they don't manage well, they don't replace pool water, I had skin hives first day I swam and never tried after that. Their Gym is ok but treadmills does't work many times. Utility ★☆☆☆☆ They charged me $150 every months no matter I spend which really doesn't make sense. Please check your utility bill's details. Mail room ★☆☆☆☆ Their parcel lockers are shared, you can't do anything if your package are lost. I lost a few my packages even it shows delivered. Security Deposit ★☆☆☆☆ You really be careful when you get the deposit back. I called a 3rd party cleaning company at my moving day and I made sure that apartment are clean condition but they charge me for $230 with $107.50 painting cost. They won't pay back any of your deposit no matter what. I am opening small claim against them. Please don't lease it!!!

Questions & Answers

What about mail boxes? Are they private, shared location, individual at your own door? What's the deal? Any pics (without people's) personal info, of course)?

I'm in a 2 bedroom and rent is $2315 plus utilities. Not really family friendly if you have kids. More of a college crowd here. Very thin walls and trash overflows and people don't clean up after their pets.

do you rent out furnished apartments with a month to month lease

Idk their terms on short leases but i do know they have nightly guest suites that are fully furnished. Its like a hotel. You pay per night.
