The McDonald's in kill devil hills is the absolute worst after the morning crew leaves everytime i go there you sit at the drive thru waiting for someone to take your order then you wait another 10-15 minutes to get your food its ridiculous

Well we just ordered two McChicken sandwiches and drove to Colington. Get home and there is no chicken. Just Mayo and Lettuce between two buns. Who is the idiot there.

We usually go inside after riding from Newport news, but inside service seems ok.

I have never used their drive up as there is always a line due to McD's popularity.

Manteo is definitely better and more than once I've had to wait after going through the drive thru to have something brought to me.
