Oh boy where do I even begin. The line was incredibly long at 10:30pm. I get up to the ordering station and I wait, and wait, and wait. 10 minutes and nobody is taking my order, and the line behind me is out into the main road. Does any employee have more than half a brain here? I pull around and try the other lane. The guy takes my order but can’t understand a word I am saying and I can’t understand him over his accent. Who hired this guy to take peoples orders? Of course, my order was wrong and had to go back around AGAIN. The workers gave me and attitude because we had a larger order. It’s almost like you have to beg someone to provide customer service here. I’m not from the area but if I ever come back I will certainly not be going to McDonald’s here.

Only giving this establishment one star cause zero isn’t an option. When we pulled up to the window, the worker could not speak or understand english. After that we went to the window to check out and the worker (same as before) reads us the food, completely wrong. No suprise there. Completely uncomprehendible, so we go to the pick up window. We get our food and nevertheless it’s not what we ordered. The two girls working that window ignored us trying to get their attention and turned their backs. Overall this place was horrid and the worst mcdonalds ive ever been to. Being as the other reviews talk about a moldy drink station and workers who talk bad about customers out in the open and uncooked meat, i wouldn’t trust this place to give me a packet of salt and it will be in my nightmares tonight.

I showed up tonight after a long trip and I was very impatient. But regardless I still had great manners and asked for my food to please be fresh. And the person said yes I will definitely make sure. My food was so fresh and correct and they were so helpful at 10 PM after my long day. Never have I ever been so impressed with a McDonald's. Somebody is doing a great job there. Good job Manager your killing it!

One of the better McDonald's. Everyone is nice. On the road job so go here a good bit. Order right 99% of the time. It can be slow in tourist season but understandable since it's so crazy packed with people that time of year. Recommend.
