The team was very friendly. They provide the best recommendation for the customer even at the cost of them not making a sale. I was having issues with my battery on my MacBook which I had recently replaced. They could have opened it up but they didn’t want to void any warranty so they recommended going to an Apple store to resolve the issue.

I was told by many multiple techies that my dropped and damaged Iphone was toast. In security lock down, behaving erratically and my data was lost. Not only was Data saved and safely transferred but with the screen replaced my IPhone was like new! I feel so fortunate to have these capable guys here in OBX!

I got my iphone screen fixed here on Monday, I’ve been calling since Tuesday & no one has answered the phone. I’ve been experiencing problems with my battery that I didn’t have before. My battery was completely fine. Is my best bet to come back in?

Oh no! Come back in anytime! Spectrum internet was in and out and effected our phones. You can always come in anytime! We did just this morning finally get caught up on all of our voicemails and didn't get any from you. Our phone rings non stop all day! Not complaining though we love to help people! But without a voicemail we wouldn't know to call you back. Please come in anytime!

It could be a browser issue. Maybe an issue with the keyboard. Check when your typing that each letter is showing up. Is it only Yahoo? If your still having problems bring it by!
