You should direct that feedback to the restaurant, rather than the Maps community. They won't see it here. But really? 15 minutes? Doesn't sound like much to get worked up about, really.
Do you realize that Google Maps questions are a place for customers to ask questions of other customers about a place or service? If you want to whine or complain, call their office or the BBB.
