I typically rent from enterprise, but when they had no cars available I decided to give these guys a try and I was not disappointed. They had my vehicle full of gas and ready to go when I came in for my reservation. The return process was very quick and easy. I’m not sure of the name of the employee who helped me, but he was very professional and efficient!

No one was there when I returned my vehicle. I was charged for 5 days instead of 2 days even though I returned it before it was due. This sign was all I saw. So I dropped off the keys where it said to do so. There was a large stack of keys there when I dropped off the key. On top of that the place was filthy and even the front door was broken.Eric, thank you for leaving your review at Hertz. We're disappointed to hear that you didn't have a great experience with us. This was the WORST experience! When I got there, the agent used the upsell technique on me and before I knew it, I was getting charged for a service I DIDN'T ASK FOR! I DID NOT TELL THAT MAN YES to anything he said! So I called their office on the next day which was a Saturday and no one answered the phone. Typical! I called again later that Saturday and of course, they were closed. I called my insurance agent and he said they were NOT supposed to charge me for anything else but ONLY for the deposit. Hertz gave me the runaround. First they said they couldn't handle my case because the case was open and to wait until it closed. So I did. So I called after it had closed and they told me they couldn't handle it because the case was closed. Yeah are you confused? So am I. I'm usually a mild-tempered person, but they were making me lose it. I will tell anyone reading this, DO NOT USE HERTZ! RUN AWAY IF SOMEONE SUGGESTS THEM! Wish I had of read the reviews before agreeing to use their service. 0 stars is what they deserve.Stephanie It's upsetting to see that we couldn't provide you with the stellar experience that we expect for our customers.
