We were in johnnies there in Olathe i told my grandson to tell the waitress how he wanted his burger she said we only cook them med well i said in Lawrence at johnnies west we can order our burger well done if we want i was told not here. Not good

They've done them medium for me there

I would have asked for the manager also. Personally, it makes me nauseated if my burger isn't done well enough so that wouldn't be acceptable as a customer.

Debbie hopefully you asked for a manager. I know they will cook well done burgers and medium rare. Both myself and sister order them that way. Sister will definitely send it back if not well done. I just ask for manager.😒
