I've been an a customer with Enterprise Bank for over 30 years. Not once in the entire time as there been a questionable transaction. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Greg and Janet on two separate occasions. Greg did the paperwork for updating my bank accounts to a trust. He knew exactly what needed to be done and which forms to use. Very smooth and personable. Janet helped set up a savings account for my daughter. I more or less knocked on the door to her office and asked if she had time to help me. She dropped whatever she was doing and said "it would be my pleasure to help you" and said it with a smile. Very professional. Everyone is friendly and it's easy enough to become friends on a first name basis. It's the kind of bank where everyone knows you and you know them.
