Alex was my sales associate and he was fantastic! Honestly, the entire staff at RideNow is very friendly and welcoming. Alex and the team answered all my questions and patiently giving me the space and time to make my final decision. It was a great experience dealing with everyone there. I am from out of state and bought the bike online and everyone there accomadated all of my inquiries and took the time to reassure me about my purchase. Dan, in the service dept., kept me posted and made sure mike bike was perfect and ready to go when I showed up after my 13 hour drive. They even had good recommendations for where to grab dinner when we left!

Where do I start.... The entire staff at RideNow KC are nothing short of amazing, from the moment I called wanting info on a few bikes to when I walked in the store. No pressure to buy just all help with nothing but utmost professionalism. Every question I had was answered and the selection of bikes was amazing. I have to give a huge thank you to Lucas, he sold me my bike and made sure everything was perfect. I truly can't say enough on how he went above and beyond to make purchasing my bike easy and I didn't leave without every question answered.
