Hi, I bought this pool 2 years ago, paid $5000, and was told there was a 5 year warranty, well after 2 years and it looks like this. They basically told me too bad so sad, but we are no longer performing that service therefore we are unable to honor your warranty. Thanks Family Leisure, I absolutely regret buying a pool from you and I hope I can discourage any and every person I can from being scammed by your company. Highly Dissatisfied. I will say I have been overly impressed with Swim Fun and their willingness to help me try to correct Family Leisure's bad faith, I would recommend you spend your thousands there.

The employees here have been nothing but helpful for us after we purchased our above ground pool. When I come in they take their time and walk me through all of the appropriate steps to open and close my pool and which chemicals to use. The service department is amazing to work with and has patiently listened to all of the questions I have asked them. Great place!

Overpriced, racist bigots! GO ELSEWHERE! Minorities are treated with contempt and subpar! Harold is the WORST customer service agent EVER! He walked right past me didn’t acknowledge me as a customer went right to a white family that walked out after not buying anything and he still after looking at me chose not to ask if he could help me with anything. Do not I repeat DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT!!!!!!!!! Spend your hard earned money with these people you can find the same products elsewhere. Also have you noticed that they don’t respond to reviews that aren’t favorable so they don’t even reach out or respond to their customers or perspective customers who are dissatisfied. Anyone that knows anything about CUSTOMER SERVICE knows that, that is a telltale sign of poor service. I could have showed out but meekness and spending my money with the competition is better get back. Crystal was a much better CS representative very professional but after such a bad experience I couldn’t give them 10k and thank God I didn’t because after going to Leslie‘s I got the same pool with 1” wider uprights and a 2” wider seat for 5k less. Shop around they are the largest in the country but by far the most expensive for very poor customer service.

It depends on types of liner,pump,ladder you want on your pool, runs from $2800 to $7000
It means low pressure so I recommend to backwash the filter for about 2min every week

I would never suggest carrying anything that big made of wood. A hernia is a real possibility.
