I had my wedding there last year in October... pricey but so beautiful.. not sure a 10 year olds birthday party should be held there... it has historical significance..

I wish! I think they only do showings with the realtor. The phone number is posted in the photos... Someone said they haven't had tours or events in 18 years there.
