Was disappointed that it is now a private residence, would have loved to visit. I'm sure they are enjoying their home.

Just saw the outside up to the gate after a short hike, place is a convention center rental place not really open to guests who want to just look around. Called and for now it's closed for renovations and COVID from what the message said.

Itβs a beautiful castle, it was closed when we went, but the building and brick is beautiful, there is a little watch house across the street that you can go near, just something very cool, something to go see and be able to say Iβve been there ππ€·π»ββοΈ

I'm fairly certain they will
Unfortunately, no. If you have a large group you can try to contact them and they might make an exception.
At this time, it is not handicapped accessible. We hope the renovations will be completed before Christmas.
I thinks so.
No the people who own it are like a club
The castle does not have over night accommodation.
The castle is not open to the public. It is a private residence.
No tours or events, it's for sale. You could look at it with the realtor.
I don't think so, and no restaurant in there
Not that I saw.. this is a very old castle no modern perks.
Yes
Dogs are allowed on the outside grounds while the castle is rented for events.
No. Just for weddings and events.
When I was a kid you coyld just take a reasonably priced tour. These days you have to schedule to see the castle. Either by renting part of it fir an event, or having a private showing. Having a family of my own we're on a budget and this is not in our prixe range to do anymore
No the castle is private property.
No, it was purchased by a private individual and is only being used for their events as far as I have heard.
It was sold, and they are going to use it for events, but I was not under the impression that is was for public events. I believe the group that purchased it is intending to use it for their own stuff.
