This used to be my 🛑 if I couldn't make a big box store membership club, but not now. Prices are way too high. I'll shop somewhere else until they bring their prices down to reasonable sales that working folk can afford.

This store has improved since my last review. Staff has changed. New employees are more professional. Due to Supply Chain issues items continue to be limited but the newer management is better. ***Note: Spoilage Issue. This store does have problems with milk and perishables spoiling before expiration date. This is an ongoing problem for months in this location which suggests either refrigeration problems related to the store or inadequate or delayed refrigeration somewhere in the Supply Chain or delivery. I don't experience expiration date issues from any grocery store other than this location. So something is happening causing milk & sometimes meats to spoil several days early.

Best Smart & Final that I have ever been to. I went in with a specific item I was looking for and the first employee I talked to was trying her best to help me find what I was looking for. When it looked like they didn't have the item, she didn't simply brush me off and say " well that's all we have here." Instead she said "wait let me double check with the manager." The manager who obviously looked busy stopped and readily helped me. He spent diligent time trying to find an answer to my question and when it didn't look like his store would have the item, he called another store and had them check. They really tried and when it didn't look like any stores would carry the item, he gave me suggestions that might. Great customer service all around from employees to the manager.

My first visit to this S&F. Focused on frozen foods. Great store, wide variety of items (bulk and standard sized). Moderately priced.
