Beautiful quiet and just a wonderful visit just for a walk. My daughter has dance classes here with a free lance dance teacher. What a beautiful place. I can’t get over how quiet it is in this area. Hidden away back in the woods but at the same time right at the road.

Lovely lodge 5 minutes from the town. Loved the jacuzzi in the room. Food at their restaurant was ok but the lake is not appealing to be honest. There are plenty of other places for water activities in town as well as very good restaurants. Another thing I liked was their souvenir shop. It had a wider variety than any shop in town. So you're good getting all your souvenirs from their shop before check-out

The resort was very hard to find and when we got there, it wasn't what it appeared to be from the pictures online. The front desk person wasn't very nice and she seemed more interested in the guys that walked in than she was with us. The room was still in need of repair and there was very little toilet paper left. No replacement rolls could be found in the room. The food was overpriced and not as good as even my own local diner. Breakfast at this location was a complete disaster. Food got mixed up and even the waitress couldn't tell one omelette from another. The TV only worked for a couple of hours and then it went to static. I was not impressed with anything here except the staff (excluding the first woman at the front desk). They were friendly, extremely helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. They made things work more smoothly for us. I was really impressed with the waitress and the chef who came out to talk to us.

I absolutely love this place! The indoor pool is so inviting and lovely and don't even get me started on the gym my husband is obsessed with it! The people that work here from the wonderful and helpful people at the front desk to the great waitress who waited on us at dinner in the stunning restaurant to the cleaning lady who smiles so big it makes your day a little better,there are so many more things I could say about this fantastic thing but I don't wanna ruin all the surprises! I will definitely be going back it's my new favorite get away!
