The problems with food allergies (I have some too) is cross-contamination. It happens all too often & can't be helped. Confer with someone there ahead of time.

Talk to the owner. I couldnt imagine that theyd ignore somethung like that. They hve to recognize that your sone isnt the ONLY person in the world/Hampton with those allergies.
