The lady operator lies on her drivers and say they outside your home when in fact they never show up outside your home . They get lost and all of it become ur fault for them not knowing where they going They never hold accountability

Make it a point to give the dispatcher your phone number. They do not always ask for it as they should. With the number there should be no excuses on either side to not make contact.
