Nice driver when he did speak. The car was gross. Seats had stains and floor needed vacuumed. I don't think they clean or shampoo the seats. The only thing good is you don't have to call and give them a bank or credit card number, they except cash πŸ‘

low communication and slow drivers. im late to work and they don’t mention you need a mask so i had to go all the way back into my apartment despite already being late.

Today around 5am I was rushed to Franklin square by ambulance, to make a long story short I had been discharged and I called a cab to be taken home , when the driver pulled up he rolled the back window down and said am I paying with cash I told him yes he said I HAVE to see it first I said Sir I was rushed by Ambo I didn’t have a chance to grab anything but soons we get to my house my mother will come out front wit the money u can hold my phone whatever , Driver was So Nasty Please shut them down

Dispatcher which was the manager, was completely rude from the moment we first got on the phone. I was very cam and patient despite her disposition but it led into a back and forth argument resulting in her throwing racial slurs. I definitely would not recommend this to any new customers looking for a cab service to do business with. Customer service and kindness is very important when dealing with ALL races of people. Green Sedan in Dundalk md is a far better cab service than this place.

How is it that Atwater provides such fast service? Compared to other companies.....well......there is no comparison. Atwater is the best.

We make our customers our number one priority. If there is ever a problem we try to fix it instead of saying we will do something and nothing gets done.

Why do customers have to wait for a cab when they see cabs just sitting on cab stands. Female dispatcher kept me waiting for 50 mins.

Different times of the day we ate extremely busy especially during shift change as far as seeing cabs on stands drivers have a habit of falling asleep or they are not in service and are taking a break. I am sorry about your wait. We do offer time calls you can schedule at at a specific time Maybe that might help you.

The lady operator lies on her drivers and say they outside your home when in fact they never show up outside your home . They get lost and all of it become ur fault for them not knowing where they going They never hold accountability

Another possibility is people call for a cab and dont pay attention. The cab pulls up waits 5-10 minutes and no one comes out. It happens all day long. Make it a point to give the dispatcher your phone number. They do not always ask for it as they should. With the number there should be no excuses on either side to not make contact.

Not sure because don't know where we are picking you up at. The meter starts at 1.80 then it is 2.20 a mile. Hope this helps you.
