Why is it that there is a soccer field in the back that is locked 100% of the time? I just watched two young kids wanting to kick some soccer balls around and were turned back around. Its 0830 in the morning on a Friday in the middle of Summer!

The grounds keeping not opening it? It use to be open a few years ago. Grandson was playing on that field. They had no trouble. Report it so we can keep more children off the streets.
