Krystal on Florence boulevard is totally unpredictable. I've gone through the drive-thru at that location at times and been told it would be 30 minutes before I even get my order. For a restaurant of its type that's totally unacceptable. Krystal has managerial problems no doubt. They also have problems hiring enough employees because they're trying to get by on a skeleton crew as it is so when they lose an employee or fire an employee they have nobody but the manager to run the business so they have to shut down. In my opinion the best thing Krystal could do is close the Florence location, where it is now, and build a new somewhere out toward Killen but as it is if they continue this up I doubt they'll be in business much longer in the area at all. Unless the new company is willing to stop the restaurant with enough employees however a new restaurant's not going to help them. They need policy changes and to hire more employees at least that's my opinion.
