They're extremely rude point blank. I stayed there two days and tried to pay for an additional night and they said I'd have to book online ...and I was like, "I'm literally standing right here with money in hand!". Ridiculous
It has always been hit or miss with the politeness and professionalism of the staff, but I trusted the cleanliness of the property. Not so much now. I noticed a decline before COVID. Recently had to visit and was assigned an uncleaned room. Once corrected, the new room appeared it had been hurriedly cleaned and NOT at all thoroughly. My family is NOT likely to stay at this property again anytime soon. It doesn't earn the trust I have had in the Hilton brand as a Diamond member for multiple continuous years.
