Horrible delivery service. My packages are almost always delivered to the neighbor’s house. Today makes the third time in the past month that I didn’t get my package or I had to go get it from my neighbor.

UPS app is the best. Absolutely amazing 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Their tracking is always accurate. They keep you informed. Totally accurate much unlike Fedex and usps. If I had a choice I would always get my packages from UPS. Keep up the great work 😁😁😁

Bought a Saturday delivery. From North Carolina to Mississippi. They sent my package to California and completely missed the delivery. Next they gave me a date of 2 yes I said 2 days later. I also stated we would pick it up. They said “we would schedule a pick up, if it was in your area.”. Guess what, they missed the date again and now have to wait another 2 days. Finally, the line they gave me of being able to schedule a pick up was another UPS lie. My package sits 30 minutes from me and they will not even notify the supervisor so we can finish this job for them !!! Basically, whatever UPS agrees to, take it with a grain of salt as they really don’t care. I have all responses to prove this.

I have been using this distribution center quite extensively for the last three or four years. Service at this center really varies, with the one constant being Gail, who always seems to be concerned about providing good customer service. There is someone at the center all day Monday through Friday. Here's where the inconsistencies comes in, some days they will let you pick up packages through out the day, then at other times they will not. Shipping is always restricted to 9-10 am in the morning and 5-6 pm in the evening. This distribution center services a large geographic area and should without question expand its hours of shipping and the distribution of packages. Greater customer friendly service is needed from the whole team.
