The people that work here were very nice and welcoming. The room was ok because the bed was comfortable but the furniture was out dated for a Hampton Inn. The breakfast was ok and the lady preparing the food was nice, but they need to replace the waffle machine since the timer no longer works. The bathroom had mold on the walls which made me a little uncomfortable. I was surprised because I have stayed at other Hamptons in other states and had great experiences.

We’ve stayed at this hotel a couple times because our event was held there. I have a wife a 5 kids and every time when making. A reservation ask for adjoining rooms. Twice they have put us on different floors, once across the hall. They always tell us they can make them adjoining when making reservations and every time they change their story when we get there. Staff is friendly but they will never tell you the truth when you call

Love It! Rooms were clean and large. Staff was friendly just wish you could smoke inside. Breakfast needed a little work.

The stay was good. Unfortunately, we have an issue with the bill and two months later the issue is unresolved. We checked into a room on my cell phone. Upon my family's arrival, I requested to stay on the same floor with the family. We never stepped foot into the first-floor room. The front desk was informed of me checking in on my phone and stated it would be addressed. Two months later, we have not received a refund. We keep getting the run around. Do not check in on your phone. Wait until you arrive. The manager won't return phone calls. It has been a nightmare.

Here is my question what is going on the Hampton Inn in Greenwood, MS? I cancel my reservation because of the reviews and calling and talking to people who just visited the Hampton a week ago. The lady on the phone was Very nasty and unprofessional.

They're extremely rude point blank. I stayed there two days and tried to pay for an additional night and they said I'd have to book online ...and I was like, "I'm literally standing right here with money in hand!". Ridiculous
