If your vehicles battery is in a "normal" place... Aka under the hood, and does not have alot of stuff on top of it, they will install it.. If your battery is in the trunk, under the seats, or has things such as the PCM, fuse blocks, etc.. blocking the battery, they will not intall it.
Yes they the install
They provide loaner tools and may assist, however, I don't think they actually install the battery.
