Best service I have ever received, anywhere. I had an unconventional problem and tried all the other parts stores. I had little confidence finding parts for my 36 yr old boat trailer but "Magic" Mike in the back not only found my parts, but also helped me fix what I broke and showed me the correct way to install the wheel hub bearings. He saved our weekend and got our boat back in the water. Thanks "Magic" Mike!!! I'll bring you those rotors to turn for us.

I visited on Tuesday, 4/13 and was greeted by Cat and Mike. They both helped me with a diagnostic check, ordering a part and a purchase. It was around 7:30 so the store was busy but they never rushed me or got frazzled even as I asked for more help. They looked up my issue, printed a diagram and showed me where the part in question was located along with helpful suggestions. There are numerous auto part stores in close proximity to this location but O'Reilly's consistently provides quality customer service because of their outstanding people like Cat and Mike!
