It's mostly shallow and full of lots of rocks to make kayaking useful.

You could kayak and paddleboard a little by the B sites, theres a little pool area there, but yes, Rabun would be better, or even Tallulah Lake, which is about 1 mile away.

No, it is too shallow most times. Tubing and fishing mostly. Lake Rabun is just a couple miles away it's great for those 2 things
